[Resolved] Quikr — recently brought washing machine not working

Hi,
Reg : transaction id[protected]. I brought a washing machine via quickr which got delivered on 12th sep and it is not working in the first use itself. The drum is not rotating and water is leaking from the bottom of the machine. Spoke with the customer care executive and they said that they quickr will only verify the physical conditions. Would like to get the issue resolved asap.

One person contacted me for servicing of my u/s washing machine through qkr... he do came 20 day backand said for replacement of motor so he taken old motor for matching and some money for purchasing of new w/ m motor. But till now he didnt come... after repeated asking. Person mobile no is [protected]. Pls do help...
