Since i am following for order stated above and still supply is not completed and assured gift item was not yet received to me and your team is pressurising me to pay more amount for insurance and taxes where as at the time of placement or order there was no additional terms was informed to me and now they are not supplying goods nor gift item laptop against order and nor excess amount recovered from me.

Updated by Jitendra .S [protected] is my mobile number. since I am following with numbers given to me but they are asking me more amount against order and even after payment of order amount they have charged me approx 3000 for insurance for laptop delivery and after that they were asking for more amount. when I refused to pay more then they threaten me and grab my money and till now I am regularly following but non of them is not responding.

please arrange to send balance goods of order and assured gift, and return excess payment of insurance made by me which was not the part of order confirmed to me. otherwise cancel order and refund my complete amount
