I Posted a Free AD on Quikr For a Laptop worth ₹100000 & as soon as I posted that free AD a Call from Quikr Executive Came to me Telling That If I buy Premium for AD they Would get me customers From all over India with Triple Response & Without Telling me any Cancellation or refund Policy he convinced me to buy the pack & I Bought it & within just 4 days I Started Contacting Them For refund Through Twitter which they most time skipped & A Call Comes from Their Customer Service Which Told me that Yes For A premium of AD that I Paid ₹2000 I Was Not getting any response Only till date 4people from all over india contacted me & When I asked him to refund me he refused saying That it is non refundable & you agreed on our T&Cs & when I told them your executive never told me that It is Non Cancellable He said that its my Mistake & I should Have Asked before Purchasing I Told him since your Premium Ad did nothing as described So you should Refund me because It did not get me buyers & He simply Said we will look into it yes there is problem we will fix it but I told him to just give me my refund he rudely interrupted me for asking refund & Just then I Decided to complain online Before Writing This Complaint I Have tried Reaching Quikr On twitter but they are just skipping my messages & I Have Told them That I will Complain online So I hope my last chance is Consumer Complaints Was this information helpful? Sep 9, 2021 Complaint marked as Resolved I GOT MY REFUND WITHIN A MONTH EARLIER QUIKR WAS NOT AT ALL INTERESTED IN TALKING TO ME BUT AS I COMPLAINED HERE THEY WERE IN TOTALLY DIFFERENT STATE OF MIND I WAS AMAZED I WOULD LIKE TO THANK INDIAN CONSUMER COMPLAINTS FOR SORTING OUT THIS MATTER FOR ME IF ANYBODY READING THIS IN FUTURE MAY ENCOUNTER SUCH ISSUE DONT HESITATE IN COMPLAINING Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Aug 25, 2021 Updated by Manik6284 Quickr Executives Contacted me but they are refusing to refund they say that we will repost the ad but they wont refund I told them that reposting the ad wont fix my problem But they are not willing to refund me the amount as they know that if they refund they will loose money as well as customer too It was my worst decision to use Quikr, Any other user watching this conversation Please never Purchase any premium pack from quikr no matter how convinced you are by their fake speech Verified Support Sep 11, 2021 Quikr Customer Care's response Hi Pavan, The premium ads package availed by you is purely the basis of the public requirements in which you will receive the responses and no refund shall be made. I have posted the add in quick with premium listing, but i got call from 2 agents and both are misleading with difference concept, one says what ever i have paid(3500) is just for add where and other once says, its want minimum lead and i have to pay extra. The plans are very misdealing and i would need the refund back immedidatly.
