[Resolved]  Quikr — refund my payment :-service case

Conversation for our refund team discussion to refund total amount.but they say whenver you paid 9% gst. then refund our 50%amount paid and then balance 9%gst. Paid then refund balance amount.
But I say refund team you are discussion for senior authority discuss and and deduct gst. Amount and balance amount refund.
But they another say there company policy not this way.
I am another say senior manager quikr.com are you return my money.our company responsibility to satisfaction for customer.
I am another say my money return all complain for other dept. Reslove for same day.
Please discussion for senior authority my problem and fast resolve the case.

Any other senior authority how discussion for our representatives and finalize this matter
Some another complaint not attach me, if avilable your company complain for other dept, telephonic conversations for me.
