Quikr — refund not received even after 16 days of refund initiated. | |||
I made a transaction on quikr which the seller cancelled the transaction after i paid an amount of Rs.10499 for an iphone 6s 64GB (Ad id[protected] and transaction id[protected]. They said that the refund was initiated on[protected]. Since then i've been calling the quikr team for an update about the refund and they usually says that it will take 5-7 business days for the amount to get reflected in my account but after 7 days passed i've called them again as the refund wasn't credited in my account till then, so they've told me that there was some technical issue with the bank and told me told wait for another 5-7 more days. However, the amount has not been credited in my account till today. The refund initiated transaction id is[protected]. It's sad to know that quikr being a big and old company can't solve a simple issue within a short period of time and took so many days. I request consumer complaints team to help me resolve my issue as soon as possible and get back my money amounting Rs.10499. Thank you. Was this information helpful? | |||
