[Resolved] Quikr — refund not received yet past the sell of the product. | |||||
Hello, I have sold off a door wardrobe in quikr a week ago. I have opted for urbanladder voucher instead of going for cash the biggest blunder i suppose i did however was that to choose vouchers over hard cash. I have neither received the vouchers nor the code, however every time i call they say, they dispersed the same in my email id. Just to let you know i am a working professional, a mother alongside being an expecting mother as well. Don't i have any other job instead of entertaining those calls from those fellow customer service professionals. Please look into the matter at the earliest as for me a voucher worth 6k matters a lot. Had i would have received it i would not have asked for it indeed just because the sale is on with urbanladder i would have bought the item by now. P. S-harassing a pregnant lady in this manner is not something expected by any professional company as such. Was this information helpful? | |||||
