[Resolved] Quikr — refund not yet debited in my bank account

I have purchased an apple macbook pro on quikr doorstep and the seller cancelled the purchase,

Quikr has removed the ballance into my quikr wallet.

I have applied for debiting the same amount of 10249 rupees to be debited in my bank account.

But the amount paid has not yet been debited to my bank account, my ticket number is [protected].

And whenever i call their customer support, they vaguely say it will take 5-7 days more and keep post poning things.

After making multiple calls and sending multiple mails, they have initiated refund on 31st of July and the money for debited to my account on 3rd of August.(2017)

Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Shiva Kancharla It has been almost 48 hours and i have not received any call from your support team, and on top of that, when i call the customer care, they are very reluctant saying that it will take 5-7 days more.

Have attached a screenshot of what my quikr account status says.

Please resolve the issue at its earliest.
