I placed an order of a study cum book shelf atr quickr doorstep on and made full payment of rs.1662 against the order on 15th mar, 2017.
At the time of delievery the transportation partenerdescribed the product not being in a good condition due to which cancellation of the product was processed.I was confirmed full repayment of the money i had paid, and have the receipt of both order and cancellation on 16th Mar 2017.
Since then I've been following up with the customer care through mail and through calls but nothing is being done.They are saying the refund is made but are not providing any transaction id or uid to me .Continuous denial to my issue is being done at the vendors end.I am hereby also providing the details of the order:

Also whenever i am calling and trying to enquire they are hanging up from their end.
