[Resolved] Quikr — refund of inr.8, 361 against ad-id[protected] not transferred | |||
After i have made the payment of inr. 8, 361 against ad-id[protected] on 11th october 2019 seller was not accessible to the calls of quikr doorstep delivery team, therefore order got cancelled. As per the quikr process i had initiated refund of inr.8, 361 on 12th october 2019 and same is accepted by quikr and sent sms and email communication to me that refund amount will be reflecting in my account from which i had made the initial payment within 4 to 7 business days. As stated in quikr website that they work between 9am to 9pm in all days between monday to sunday means maximum limit of 7 business days completes on 18th october 2019. Instead of getting refund into my bank account one of the representative from quikr called me on 18th october 2019 at 06:15 pm and told me that quikr has re-initiated the refund process on 18th october 2019 and i will have to wait for next 5 to 7 business days starting from 18th october 2019. This call from the quikr representative clearly indicates their intention to hold back my money. I request this platform to help me in getting my refund back from quikr immediately.
