[Resolved] Quikr — refund of rs 3850 from athomediva not issued

Received a msg from athomediva that services are shut in delhi and they will provide refund of advance deposited within 3 weeks from date of providing details. The bank details were provided on 28 dec 2019 and we have been following up since then but there is no refund issued nor is any way to contact them. The emails sent also receive a standard response and there is no means by which we can contact the customer care. Request for strict action for issuance of refund.
