[Resolved] Quikr — refurbished xiaomi redmi 5a mobile not working | |||
I purchased refurbished xiaomi redmi 5a mobile from quikr in excellent condition. But there is a network problem in this mobile. No sim card is working in these phone. When i insert sim card it shows no sim card in this phone. I also attached with image of this problem.in the quikr add shown this mobile is in excellent condition so i purchased this mobile but when i start my phone then it shows no sim card. I also try restart and reset but my problem is not solved. Now what should i do regarding this order. My order i'd is 10543341. Rs.4887. Kindly refund my money as soon as possible. Please help me. Apr 7, 2019 Complaint marked as Resolved I contacted Quikr in this no 08067364795 but they did not get any answer. When I call they said they one of the representative will call you to short time but I wait so many days but no call is coming. Quikr customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. I have purchased quikr pack 3-apr-19 but this pack not activated till date and I am calling quikr employee name is sanni soni contact no [protected] but not given proper satisfaction . This pack activated on my company name edubridge learning Pvt LTD . Please rectify my problem as soon as .
