[Resolved]  Quikr — regarding purchase of car

I satish c j got to know through quikr.com on 12/1/19 that a maruti suzuki wagon r 2016 model was on sale for ₹150000. The owner (First party) of the vehicle was dr subramanya (Mobile no *[protected]*). On contacting him dr subramanya said that the car was parked in bengaluru international airport and he asked me to coordinate his car dealer mr sabeen hazra (Mobile no : *[protected]/[protected])*. After negotiating with hazra i deposited ₹ 49810/- to his sbi a/c no *:[protected] ifsc code : sbin0001612, pan no aqdph9135j* on 13/01/19 through my sbi a/c no *[protected]* by way of cheque no *425588* as advance. He said the balance amount could be payed on 19/01/19 upon the delivery of the car with documents. On the said date myself and my brother dr prakash reached bengaluru international airport and contacted mr. Sabeen hazra over the mobile. He told us to deposit the remaining amount and he would handover the car & the documents within one hour on depositing the amount. I transferred the remaining amount online through my *icici a/c no [protected].* after the amount was transferred i was in for a huge shock that neither dr subramanya nor sabeen hazra received my calls. Only then i got know i was *blatantly cheated*.
On contacting the airport police station we were told to lodge a complaint at shivajinagar cyber police station. I lodged a complaint. My f. I. R no is 0441/2019 and my gs no is po[protected].
I hereby kindly request you to help provide justice to me in this regard.
