[Resolved] Quikr — regarding the premium ad service and unable to contact. | |||
I have registered to quikr for selling my camera and during registration the promised me that if i buy their premium add subscription of ₹1500.00, i would be able to sell my product faster and at the desired price and they will make the delivery and make the bill for my product. But even after paying a sum ₹1500.00 to subscribe to their premium ad service and reducing the price of my product by ₹4000.00 in my add i was unable to get good response from any buyer and very few person contacted. Nothing exclusive happened as i was promised by the company. Regarding this issue i mailed the company to refund me my money, but they never replied, niether they answered to my calls. Hence i am complaining to get my money back that i have paid for their premium ad service. Was this information helpful? | |||
