[Resolved] Quikr — Replacement of defective handset not received | |||||
I have ordered an phone from quikr on 5 march 2016. But to my utmost surprise the phone I received was defective(the screen was not working). So I returned that on 12th march. Today is 25th march But still no replacement is there.When I am calling customer care they are just telling me to wait for 2 more days every time.
