Quikr — defective lenovo k3 note mobile not work received with order id 10479574 Ka ali ahmed I have ordered lenovo k3 note on 26th nov 2018 and received phone on 30th nov 2018 (Order id 10479574; sub order id 741860). After receiving the product, when i started the phone it was malfunctioning, problem in touch and hanging. I have also taken onsite assured warranty for which i paid rs 295 extra and 7 days replacement guarntee. I have purchased this product from quikr for its brand image and trustworthiness. I want to replace this product or want my money return (Rs 3450). Please do needful in this regard and inform. Then i requested for replacement on 1. Dec18 return pick up has been completed on 05. Dec18.19 days completed quikr team of not responding any thing else they are telling me not recorded us system Yesterday also i sent request for this but didnot get any response... read comments [2] mobile handsets Was this information helpful? | |||||
