[Resolved]  Quikr — return and refund of the product

I have purchased the refrigerator on 4th of june and at the time of delivery i told them to take it back as there was many defect which i have mentioned in the delivery slip. But instead of taking it back, the logistics team misguided me by saying that i have 2 days time to return it. Immediately i have called to the customer care but unable to connect with them as they will call back. The delivery person assured me that they know the rule very well and not to worry. Next day when i have received the call back i have explained them everything and they have registered a complaint but still no action have been taken.
