[Resolved] Quikr — Sealing an imported mobile phone without informing | |||||
Date of purchase - 16th November, 2015 before buying a i called then they told me that they will be selling a country of origin will be India but they send me a country of origin of Singapore when i asked for replacement they arranged a reverse pickup but they send me back the same phone by saying there is no problem But there is a issue that battery is draining down fast . As the frequency and voltage supply is different They are not even listening to that . If the battery damages and mother board is affected who is going to take the responsibility, Even i have send them the mail for all issue even my talk with apple that the battery need to replace or else it will damage . i have even send the phone back to you guys but after 13 days got the same phone by saying there is no problem
