[Resolved] Quikr — sofa and dining table | |||
I have placed two orders on several occasion. Both the products were ordered 15th and 17th of august transaction id:[protected] Transaction id:[protected]. Till now there is no news as to what is taking place in the order. I called up several times to quikr doorstep which the ivr says a call back will be made but it’s been almost 5 days everyday that i have been asking for a call back and i am yet to get a call. I don’t understand what the problem is. It should’t be so difficult to schedule a pick up date with the seller and send a confirmation out for delivery. Everything is done electronically so what is the technical issue. This needs to be resolved as quickly as possible because i can’t wait forever for this two products to arrive Was this information helpful? | |||
