[Resolved] Quikr — Sofa set 3+ 1 + 1 | |||||
I placed a order on 25th april Ad id[protected] Order id[protected] And was supposed to get delivery on 26th april 8 - 10pm slot as told by quikr executive. It was a express delivery so it was supposed to be in warehouse.I called on 27th and was told it will deliver by that day itself 4 -8 pm.No delivery then also.I kept on calling them and they kept on giving me next slots and i mailed them too.Some executive just hung up my phone.Some executive are confusing with other id and saying its delivered.Some are saying sire its in warehouse.Are they trying to make fool o[censored]s. When i called the customer care support they are just silent. Most nonprofessional and worst service. In this way you cant win the trust of customers.If you cant deliver the product then just return my money back. You just wasted my time. Was this information helpful? | |||||
