[Resolved] Quikr — split ac/ bad service from quikr doorstep | |||
Hello, I had purchased a unboxed "unused" hitachi 1.5tn split a/c from quikr doorstep on 10th may. I was promised a year warranty from one asisst. The 1st delivery that happened was that of an used a/c. When i shared the pictures, i was asked if a carrier machine was "ok"? I had no option, so i said ok. Then the delivery of a carrier 1.5tn machine was done and installed. After installation, the compressor didn't work. Then i had to follow up a lot with"stq" electronics, who eventually sent another set of carrier.... The technician came and soon found out that it was 1 tn machine! Then after many calls, there was another delivery of an inverter a/c, i finally gave up and said ok to inverter. While assembling, technician found out that the indoor unit was a 2tonne model and outdoor unit was 1.5tn model!! Again after a lot of calls, stq electronics finally sent a 1.5tn compressor, which the technician installed. At the time of checking, i was quite sure it wasn't cooling enough, but the technician argued and said it would take time. I again said ok. The next day i called stq electronics and complained that the ac wasn't cooling as required. I was asked by "yogita" to now call one asisst as their job was over. The ac had come with a sticker from one asisst with a product id mentioned... And i presumed it would work. I was out of town for a few days, and 12 days ago i tried calling one asisst. To my surprise, i wasn't a registered caller. They couldn't retrieve any info using the product id. So then since soo many days i have been following up with these individuals from quikr — 1) mr dhina, supposedly he looks after all the warranty issues. He stopped taking my calls after the 1st call. 2) mr vikas jadhav from quikr mumbai. 3) stq electronics 4) mr simon, the one who sold me the ac through a quikr what's app corporate account. After 12 to 13 days, all these individuals are still not able to tell me the "customer reference id" they got from one asisst!!! I have complained to quikr doorstep 3 to 4 times.... But there was no follow up!! I am utterly disappointed in the service and my frustration has no bounds. I am seriously hoping that the matter is escalated and a solution given.
