[Resolved] Quikr — start concentrating more on customer experience rather than increasing revenue of your company | |||||
You guys remove sellers contact details from the portal and now we dont even get the chat option, product descriptions are not clear and when i called the customer care to confirm the product details and availability they also refused and instructed me to pay for the product to get to know more. Finally i pay and next day and next day i receive a call from quikr saying product has been sold. So i requested to transfer the money to wallet so that i dont have to the transaction again when i buy a new product but they refused this too and said money will be refunded in your bank account. Why should i wait 4- 5 working days for my own money to be returned. This is not the the first time so many times many times my order has been cancelled. Last time when i purchased i couldn't, t contact the buyer and 2 days after delivery i found out the product is severely defaulted. Buying and selling is all about communication between buyer and seller which you guys are trying to stop for your own good. I will make sure to create awareness about this among my friends and others. I am sure some gentleman sitting somewhere will come up with better app to end this monopoly.
