[Resolved]  Quikr — The transfer from quikr wallet to my bank account has not been done

I sold my macbook in quikr. The buyer has made the payment and it has been reflected in my Quikr wallet. I have clicked initiate transfer. the money hasn't come to my bank account it has been more than a week. It is a huge amount and I need it quick. I think they have scammed me. The money is a huge amount.
