Ticket no:[protected] Hi, Ref :ad[protected] I received a damaged product yesterday evening which is a mi powerbank. i couldnt verify the product works fine when i recieved it because it takes time to verify. i need to charge for some hours and see it works. its not working! I contacted the seller and he is not picking my call. morever, he blocked me in his call list and blocked me in whatsapp. Could you please take priority to return my money back by returning the product? I have reported this in the ref number: [protected] Whenever i called customer care, they reported that i signed the form saying the item is good. i dont understand why quickr creating a process to trap the customers by signing forms right on the door step. some of the products can only be verified Its working only by anlysing the item for more than a day, not at the time of reciving the item.
