[Resolved]  Quikr — Unprofessional attitude by quikr

I paid for an item ad id:[protected] on 03 may 16. I called quickr customer care and they promised that items will be delivered on 04 may 16. On 04 may 16 i called twice to the customer care, mr. Bharat, one of your customer support guy said that he can't help it to get delivered, it will get delivered on 05 may 16. Moreover, he said that i will get an automated call, then only items will get delivered. But i am neither getting any call, nor the items. One lady from their team said if the delivery is getting delayed, cancel the order. Such kind o[censored]nprofessional people they are. Today i got a call from the seller that the delivery guy called her and said that their pick up van/tempo is full and they can't pick the items today too. Isn't it really funny? I am just waiting, when they are delivering the items. I would never advise anyone to buy things from quickr. They are really unprofessional. They don't deliver as they promise.

I got the items on 06 May 16 at 1215hrs. The items were collected by a tempo driver and no Quikr guy was accompanying. He didn't have any delivery slip, nor did he take my signature. Items were not packed also as the tempo driver said that he is only a driver and he knows nothing more about it. One leg of a single seater sofa, one leg of the three seater sofa and corner of one leg of the coffee table was broken.

As a proof to what i am stating, i have recorded the telephonic conversation between me, the seller and the delivery guy when he came to deliver. It can be cross checked with the seller and the driver ([protected]) too.

When i reported the matter to Quickr, i was told to share the pics of the items. Though i shared the pics, no response has come from their end. I am sharing the same pics here too.

Ultimately, i am the looser in the whole incident. Who is going to compensate the loss? Such kind o[censored]nprofessional behaviour is really intolerable.
