I ordered a phone from quikr in march and the phone is defective i asked for replacement they take 3 month to pick my product. After 20 days from pickup they told me that seller does not have the stoke so we initiated your refund and after 2 days i got a message that your product is ready to dispatch when i call them they told me that seller dispatch your phone i told them that i ordered a new phone please refund my money but they did not refund.
