Dear Sir/Ma'am, I had ordered for an Apple Iphone 6, ID 10230486 on 23rd March 2017. Shamefully and unfortunately, I've received a much lower version of the phone i.e. Apple Iphone 5C. The IMEI No. of the product is [protected]. Below are the images attached of the wrong product. I would appreciate if the action is taken immediately. It is a shame how websites can't run properly.
