[Resolved] Quikr — Wrong information about number of ads to post on quikr | |||||
I did biggest mistake by putting a Paid Ad on Business Services category on Quikrr and next fine day their representatives started calling me to convince to take bigger Ads pack . false sweet commitments given their representative Mr Vikas Patel Mob No. [protected] I want to bring this to your notice that one of your sales representative has made some false commitments and gave wrong information about number of ads to post on Quikr, when I let him know about the differences between commitments & deliverable, he assured me to get the same corrected by raising this to his team leader but after 2-3 follow ups he started avoiding my calls and now he is not answering any of my phone calls. Such unprofessional & cunning behavior from a representative of a reputed company like Quikr was never expected. I am a businessman and I understand, how important it is to have mutual cooperation between clients & service provider. I am sure, company will not allow any such person to malign its brand image and take appropriate action to avoid any future consequences Was this information helpful? | |||||
