[Resolved]  Quikr — Wrong promises made and product not been delivered yet

Hello Team,

My name is yogesh I have purchased the washing machine (Ad Id :[protected] from Quickr
I have made the payment on tuesday 17th of may 2016. But still I have not got the delivery of the product.I have got a notification message on 3 different occassion i.e on 18th, 19th and 20th providing me an update telling me that the product would be delivered today between 1pm and 4pm. But the sad part was it did not happen.Then I made up my mind and i called the customer support.But my luck did not work special thanks to quickr who dont know how to talk to customers.what I got was just a rude behaviour of the agents and placing call on long hold.

And after returning back would just ask me to wait for one more day each time I called them.

According to its policy it says it must be delivered to customer within 2-4 business day.

So again I called up quickr after taking a day off from work on Thu 19th and Fri 20th May.I was sitting back just to get the delivery of the product.


But again the same result.
Then I spoke to agent named (Shweta from doorstep support) who was not even understanding the issue and wont allow me to speak that too in a very rude tone .This time i was out of my temper.She asked me to wait till sunday 22nd May and also told me that she would get a callback arranged which never happened again I wasted my Sat sun just in a hope that the product would be delivered.


Then On Sunday 22nd May I again called up and spoke to another agent Santosh
I made him understand the issue and this was my 7th call now everytime I made the call I wasted on an average 30 mins on call.

This is not a toll free number so it was but obvious that the charged were applicable So u can calculate 30*7=210 approx mins just to get one issue resolved Again the resolution was not provided .I am new to bangalore I am basically from Mumbai so it was again roaming charges were applicable.


I asked the agent to raise a complian for poor cust service and asked for complain number and he told me there is no such complain number and just gave me the email Id. So I wrote an eamil and I got a reply as follow:

But as I already knew nonthing was really going to happen As promised by Santosh from doostep I did notgot any callback neither they reponded back to the email sent by me.
So again I called up today I.e tue 24th may 2016
I was asking to escalate this case and I spoke to Shekhar who told that he is floor supervisor and asked me wait for 48 hrs and that was the end of my temperament.

Now this was not a free delivery case they have charged me Rs 400 as a delivery charge but had failed in each and every aspect of customer service.

I have each and every right to ask for compesation.

For amount of time wasted and also for wrong information being delivered to me

I would request you to look into this.
