दिनांक[protected] hyper market kart द्वारा बैंगलोर के लोकल न्यूज़ पेपर में एक विज्ञापन दिया गया था कि वो केवल आज के लिए की गयी खरीद पर 50% की छूट दे रहे हैं | उन्होंने आज तक न तो सामान दिया हैं और न ही पैसा वापस कर रहे हैं |उनके फ़ोन भी आउट ऑफ़ सर्विस जा रहे हैं |उन्हें की गयी ईमेल का भी कोई उत्तर नहीं आ रहा हैं |लगता हे की कंपनी फ्रॉड हैं और सारा पैसा डकार गयी हैं |आप से निवेदन हैं की आप कुछ सहायता करें

I had done an online shopping with the website for rs.3143.50 on 04th september 2017 but i called to customer care but all phones are switched off. I have been cheated by this website. Please take an immediate action against them. My order no.#[protected] and the registered pincode is 560067.

नई दिल्लीः ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग करने में बड़ा आराम है। घर बैठे-बैठे लोग सामान की बुकिंग कर लेते हैं और सामान घर पहुंच जाता है। लेकिन ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग के साथ कुछ परेशानियां भी हैं। ऐसा ही कुछ बैंगलुरु के एक शख्‍स के साथ हुआ जिन्‍होंने ऑनलाइन कुछ घरेलू इस्तेमाल की चीजें ऑर्डर की थी लेकिन न उनकों ऑर्डर की हुई चीजें मिली और न ही पैसे वापिस हुए।

बैंगलुरु के रहने वाले इस शख्स ने बताया कि बैंगलुरु के एक लोकल न्यूज़ पेपर में एक विज्ञापन दिया गया था कि यह साइट केवल उस दिन के लिए की गई खरीद पर 50 फीसदी की छूट दे रहे हैं। इसी को देखते हुए ग्राहक ने 4 सितंबर को ऑनलाइन शॉपिंग साइट हाईपरमार्कीट से 10 नेस्ले लैक्टोजेन, 3 ताज महल चाय पत्ती, 1 हल्दीराम नमकीन, 2 कोलगेट जिग जैग टूथब्रश 3 सर्फ एेक्सल के साबुन, 2 चैरी ब्लॉसम शू पॉलिश, 2 ब्रिटानिया गोल्ड बिस्कुट, 1 ऑल-ऑऊट मशीन और 2 डेटॉल का ऑर्डर बुक किया था। सारे सामान के लिए ग्राहक ने नेट बैंकिंग द्वारा 3143 रुपए चुकाए। साइट द्वारा ग्राहक के फोन पर मैसेज भेजा गया कि 16 सितंबर को ऑर्डर पहुंच जाएगा लेकिन उन्होंने आज तक न तो सामान दिया हैं और न ही पैसे वापस किए हैं।

बुक करते समय ग्राहक को बताया गया था कि अगर उन्हे भेजे गए सामान में कोई कमी लगती है तो वह ऑर्डर वापिस कर पैसे रिफंड कर सकते है। लेकिन अब उनके फ़ोन भी आउट ऑफ़ सर्विस जा रहे हैं और उन्हें की गई ईमेल का भी कोई जवाब नहीं आ रहा हैं।

I have also seen the ad in the local newspaper of Bangalore on[protected] about the new website "Hypermarketkart.com" wherein there was offer of 50% flat discount on groceries. I had done an online shopping with the website for Rs.5341/- on 12th September 2017 and paid by credit card an amount of Rs. 2670/-. I got an email stating that the order will be delivered within 10 days. But till date I have not received any email or the groceries. I have also emailed them on [protected]@hypermarketkart.com, but no response.
I have tried calling the phone no.[protected], it states not in service. Also tried calling[protected], they informed that it is a wrong number.

. Please take an immediate action against them. My order no. #[protected] and the registered Pincode is 560047.

I do not understand how TOI takes such fraud advertisements from agencies before verification.
