R. M Digital Hub — to get refund

I ordered mi note 7 pro and it's cost is 14000 and they giving me micromax phone and it's price is only 5000. I request to them to give me my refund but they are not responding my phone calls and whatsapp massages. I ordered at 2 april and it was delivered at 4 april. They are giving me date for refund but they don't gave me refund. Even they don't pick-up the call. Now their phone has been switch off.
