From the date of application of FINNACLE version my instalment in EHPL should be adjusted to my principle portion only. But a portion of my instalment is adjusted to Interest also. Now my principle and interest should have been closed. But still my interest is being debited to my interest portion and still my account showing a debit balance. This discrepancy was brought to the notice of the concerned branch officials including the CM and AGM during all my personal visit to the branch and vide my Email dt 06.06.2019, 19.10.2019 and 08.11.2019 (the last sent to complaints cell also). But to my surprise no action has been initiated. The only stock reply I get is Ticket has been raised but no action has been initiated at the HO.
