R. S. Yadav Travels — Poor behaviour and service of bus staff | |||
Hi Team, I booked a ticket from lucknow to delhi for 14th march. Here are the problems i faced in bus. The bus no was (0638). It got off at 10 pm. They were giving random seats to anyone and especiallly to those wo did not book seats. No Water bottle was given to me it was distributed randomly and i saw the full crate of bottle but it was hidden and when i asked for my water bottle he denied. He denied but tauntly said "Hamne theka ni le rakkha ye sab kam krne ka ab ni milegi bottle jisko milni thi mil gyi". I had to buy it from the shop then. When i boarded the bcus one of the satff who was alotting seats to random people had talked rudely to one of the parents of some person who came to see off his son. He rudely said " Milna julna sab bahar kro and rudely asked ki "chlo utho bahar jao jab mil lena tab ake baithna seat par" What the Hell is this service u are providing to your customers atleast have a decent staff not these village gawars who do not know how to talk to thier Passengers.
