Raajnett — Broadband connection disconnected since 12-dec-2016 | |||||
Such worst service from raajnett, i been a customer to raajnett since sep 2016. Connection interrupted more than 10 times in 90 days. No connection since cyclone hit chennai on 12-dec-2016. When i called them on 28-dec-2016 they replied me that connection will be active from 30-dec-2016. Still now no connection. Worst service non of them working in the morning. Office opens by 10 am and executive start searching for new customer. Customer complaints and repair are action ed only in the evening at 5 pm. Simply the action will be postponed to next day with simple reason. Because of the stupid response i lost more than rs.1500 for this period. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Only new connections call will be connected immediately once we called. complaint calls will not be picked up. Very Very worst services, secondly our money only wasting while dialing to customer care, since they charging our own money. very bad
