[Resolved]  Raajnett — Connection not provided and unable to contact the call center executive for past 1 week

I am residing at Perungudi and I had applied for a connection on 16 July 2015 by paying Rs. 1297. I was assured of connection within a week, which didn't happen. I followed up with them every week thereafter. Each time they assured me connection within 4-5 days. Again, didn't happen. So 2 weeks back called them up and asked for a refund. The call center guy asked me to mail to [protected]@raajnett.co.in No reply to that mail. I was also not able to reach anyone through call center (Mob. [protected]) I have attached the receipt of my payment. The sales executive, Suresh Kumar is not picking up the call as well. His mobile no. is [protected]. All I would like to have now is Refund!!

Raaj Nett provided the connection on Sep 2nd after around 1.5 months. The connection speed is good and till now haven't faced any problems.
