I'm Ashwin from Sholinganallur.I requested for the new internet connection before two month(Nov 22) .When i contacted their customer service for new connection, immediately an executive from their office came to my home to collection an amount of 1400 within 2 hours and promised to give the connection at the maximum of of one week .But after that there is no response from their side till now . i tried to contact their customer service ([protected]), executive ([protected]) who came to collect money but no one is picking up the call .
