[Resolved] Raajnett — Not providing extension and not providing the refund for server down issues, they are postponing regularly from the past one month | |||
We were using Raajnett Broadband from last 10 months with User ID - MVM2939. In the month of February we did not get internet connection for 15 days. When we contacted customer care they said that there is server down issue and we will provide you extension for those days. From past one month we are continuously calling them. Everyday they are telling that the you will get the extension by tomorrow. Even today we contacted them in the morning, they said that it will done before today evening. As it was not done we contacted them again, they said that now there is no people available to provide you the extension, so you will get it by tomorrow. This is the thing happening every day with them for past one month. Was this information helpful? | |||
