Raajnett — Very poor services on internet connection | |||||
I had taken an intenet connection paying full advance close to rs 4000 for 3 months for emperor 40 mb plan in the month of october 2016 and it has not worked for more that 10 days - added to that we had to press the reset button each time to activate the internet connection. but all this was in force only till 1st december 2016.my client number is mvm2841 and we are in porur. i raised cimplaint twice and they simply did not record the complaint saying that i have to connect the router direct to a laptop which i never possessed. once again i raised a complaint on 15th december and now after a months time and frequent follow ups - no one has attended the problem so far and so sms/ phone calls from service engineers / no convincing reply. i only get a reply stating no parts that too they dont even know what exactly is the nature of the problem faced by me - worst service from raajnett - please be careful - please black list raaj nett - please dont waste you money on that. bharathy rajabaskaran [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||
