I took a connection and it taken more than 45 days for installation on the same month I got ADSL down 2 times first time they take 3days to fixit and the second time more than 3 days on before renewel date.I got frequent calls for renewal I told them my connection not even working then why should I have to pay. they simply said that we are from renewal team this is service issue u have to ask service team for that .however after long struggle I got my connection back with 5 days free extension. and also I renewed my plan .again for the past 4days my ADSL is down I made a complaint on customer care and I visited their office in Perambur for more than 5 times still the problem not resolved .my I'd: ktr1230
