[Resolved] Racold — brand new geyser not working

Kindly note i purchased water heater with following details
Model - classico swift
Model no - classico 6h
Dealer - shalimar electricals, nigdi, pune - 44
Product is under warranty.
The geyser is not working right from first day.
I have already spent 600/- for installation and rs 800/- for plumbing material purchase. I have booked complaint with racold call center with complaint number[protected]. I request company to resolve my problem at the earliest. How can brand new geyser which has passed all qc tests be defective?
