[Resolved] Racold — Delayed service | |||
We filed a complaint on the 25th November. The Service guy came within 2-3 days and said the element is not working and he will have to get a new one. He said he will get a new element withing 2-3days and fix the geyser. Its been over 2 weeks now and when we call the service center they say that the element is coming from pune and they dont have it in stock.
