[Resolved]  Racold — faulty geyser within 1 month

Hi team,

This is the worst geysir and geysir service i ever received. Nobody has responded or replaced the geysir till now.

I have kid and we are suffering...

Racold complaint no[protected].
Not resolved. Since it is under warranty, these guys don't want to resolve as it will not fetch any service charges for them.

Such a shame for a brand.

Dear Team,

I bought a geyser through flipkart and it's been more than 10 days however nobuddy came to install the geyser. I have tried multiple time on different helpline numbers which never get connected to any representative. I have logged a complaint through watsapp number as well.

I never expected this kind of response from racold, request you to please refund my money and help me in returning the product cause as per flipkart there is timeline to return the product.
