[Resolved] Racold — gas geyser - racold not working

I had purchased gas geyser last year. The same is not working at present. Initially i contacted dealer and he informed me that since it is under warranty period, i need to lodge a complaint with customer care. I contacted customer care on 25th and lodged a complaint. After waiting for two days, ivonce again raised a complaint through whatsapp. Still the problem is not resolved.

Updated by rp_21 This is not the solution. No one is responding and only passing the ball from one person to other. The complaint should not be closed till Geyser is functioning.
