[Resolved] Racold — service staff shouting and misbehaving - geyser giving electric shocks. | |||
My mother is trying to get her geyser repaired from 3 months - the trouble started when the because of the geyser all our water supply started having current and we started getting electric shocks in the water. Later, we connected with your lucknow service centre on [protected] and spoke to mr. Amit who said he'll get it fixed - this took 2 months because the parts were not available. When they came to fix it, the changed some parts but they geyser stopped working. After repeated calling, they shouted we have a lot of work to do! You need to understand (Hume bohot kaam hota hai) and things like "woh aapke ghar ke bahar hai bass a gaya dekho ja ke" (Though no one was ever came). Till date, no one has visited our house. I am deeply hurt, scared, horrified by this pathetic behaviour of racold & certainly don't expect this from a company like yours. Please let me know what should i do, or what would you have done if someone behaved like this with your mother! Was this information helpful? | |||
