Leakage in the racold water heater purchased during august 2014 vide invoice no. 1365, dt. 14.08.2014 from m/s. Sri kuga agency, anna salai, puducherry, by bertin, no. 16, 2nd cross, jawahar nagar, puducherry-605005, (Mobile no. [protected]). Product & model no. : cdr sp 25v & cdr[protected]Cdr altro 25v ivory). Complaint was booked on 14.11.2017, but my complaint was unattended & cancelled on 18.11.2017 stating reasons "your complaint no.[protected] is cancelled due to others" Was this information helpful?
