Public are being charged with the excess price on refreshments in the premises of cinema theaters. Prices are exorbitantly high, even 100% more than the MRP. As visitors are not allowed to take any eatables inside and have no option to take the refreshments from other shops, they are being exploited from this unfair practice. I don’t have any supporting evidence to claim this allegation, but this is a genuine grievance. The same letter has been addressed to Media, District commissioner, District consumer forum.
