RadVision World Consultancy Customer Care's response With reference to your above comment we would like to draw your attention towards the fact that we could not found you anywhere in our database who would have registered with us as a client for any country. Thus, would request you to please prove us that you are a registered client within two days or else the company will have to take legal action against you to defame the goodwill of Radvision World Consultancy,

Furthermore, we are into client servicing wherein we or any other consultants charge fee for their professional services/guidance.You are always free to apply yourselves rather than availing services of any consultants. To name a few none o[censored]s pays professional fee to a Lawyer or Doctor after victory or survival of patient.

Thus, We would sincerely request you to think twice before you put allegation or defame a company as we are an ISO 9001:2015 certified Immigration Agency as well as we are registered under MCA.

SCHEDULE 9 IPC ON DEFAMATION :

Chapter XXI of the IPC exclusively talks of defamation. Section 499 prescribes the offence:

Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of company is said . . . to defame that person. Explanation 2. - It may amount to defamation to make an imputation concerning a company or an association or collection of persons as such.

Section 500 prescribes the punishment in such cases: Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term, which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
