Radvision world consultancy They are behide your hard earn money, I have 10000 for my initially for my process and due to my medical conditions I can't go ahead with my process I have sent a mail contacted my case mgr Richa who is always off when ever I call her. So I waited until now nobody has cared to check why I have asked for a refund, , today all of sudden they have sent me mail saying they have closed my case and it's unprofessional from my side that I didnot paid the money ...such a unprofessional behaviour from them.its fake agency they want your money..requesting others not to waste money and time on this consultancy they are Fake Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Mar 27, 2019 RadVision World Consultancy Customer Care's response Dear Ms, Nivedita, Greetings of the day from Radvision Team !! This is in response to your above raised concern which your are announcing about our company to defame its market goodwill. We would like to draw your attention towards the fact that not only the legal agreement but our invoice also clearly states the clauses regarding refund of your fee within the 7 days of your payment if you withdraw your application and you get invoice against your payment the very next day you make your payment to us. Secondly, as you have mentioned it here that you wanted not to proceed your application due to some Medical issue circumstances, we were fine with that and asked you the evidence for same but you failed to provide us which clearly states your intentions of withdrawing your application not for any genuine reason. We will be more than happy to assist if you still wish to continue your process and will always make our best efforts to help you make your dreams come true. Also, we will request everyone here to use this platform to register genuine complaints with facts and it will highly be appreciated to narrate story from both the end since A half truth is a whole lie.
