Hai This is fraud people company radvision world consultancy services located at New Delhi they cheated my friends for France visa, first they say their are urgent openings when u pay them money they say the govt of France have closed the opening, wen we ask the reason they stop picking up calls and if the pick the entire staff is so rude, we paid the money in YES bank rajendra place branch we paid 30000 for our process but they closed our case, radvision world consultancy services is the most Fake and fraud company pleAse all my nurse friends pls do not get trap into the scam, they cheat innocent people, god will punish them Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support May 26, 2017 RadVision World Consultancy Customer Care's response Hi Jolcy James, Greetings from Radvision !! This is in response to your above lodged complaints we firmly believe that your/your friends concerns were sorted the very same time they were raised. We understand your/your friend’s situation but you need to understand that if the opportunity is closed from government / employer side one can not intervene in same. We at that point of time were maximum able to refund you the fee paid which company must have genuinely without fail that too with our mutual consent. Moreover, if you/ your friend had any issues you must have raised the concern very same time but you are turning up after one complete year which is not acceptable. As mentioned in our previous emails we have provided you enough evidences and we expect you to stop defaming the company or that company will take strict action against you under Delhi Jurisdiction. Thus, We would sincerely request you to think twice before you put allegation or defame a company. SCHEDULE 9 IPC ON DEFAMATION : Chapter XXI of the IPC exclusively talks of defamation. Section 499 prescribes the offence: Whoever, by words either spoken or intended to be read, or by signs or by visible representations, makes or publishes any imputation concerning any person intending to harm, or knowing or having reason to believe that such imputation will harm, the reputation of company is said . . . to defame that person. Explanation 2. - It may amount to defamation to make an imputation concerning a company or an association or collection of persons as such. Section 500 prescribes the punishment in such cases: Whoever defames another shall be punished with simple imprisonment for a term, which may extend to two years, or with fine, or with both.
