I have booked railway tickets through irctc mobile app but after the confirmation of payment page got blank for 2min and my money got debited inr 124.5/- from my account but my ticket was not booked and when i was checked my account statement the i got remarks in narration column '[protected]- paytmirctcecatering' and reference number '[protected] ' and transaction date in 17/09/2019. Train name is pragati express thane to pune. Yet my money is not credit back so please arrange refund as soon as possible.
