[Resolved] Rail Restro — order incomplete|| low grade food || gst bill not given and attempt to collect gst from customer | |||
Hi, I had ordered food from www.railrestro.com during my train journey @ BHUSAVAL station(Order No: 459044). Order: 1 Paneer Kadhar Combo, 2 Butter ROTI's. The order which was delivered by the delivery boy didn't contain BUTTER ROTI's which was noticed once the food was delivered and meanwhile the delivery boy had left. The vendor from which the food was delivered was NATIONAL ENTERPRIZES @ BHUSAWAL. Order Items: 1. Paneer Kadhai Combo - Quantity - 1 2. Extra Butter Rotis - Quantity - 2 Payment: This payment was done by Cash On Delivery to the delivery boy(excludinng GST as handwritten bill didn't include GST number). I had complaints with the order. Mentioned in detail below. 1. The Paneer Kadhai Combo was extremely spicy and not in a state to be eaten by the passenger. 2. Extra Butter Rotis which was ordered was not ever delivered. 3. Handwritten bill was given which is not acceptable. 4. Food bill on the order tracking page on the rail restro website was a blank document. 5. GST was demanded from the customer and no GST number was displayed on the handwritten bill. 6. Vendor denying to refund the amount back despite degrading the food quality. This is an illegal act performed by the company RAILRESTRO.com and the vendor NOBLE ENTERPRISES @ BHUSAWAL.
